Our Battery and Alternator Tests are designed to ensure your vehicle's reliable power supply, promoting a smooth and trouble-free driving experience. 1. Comprehensive Alternator and Battery Inspection: Our skilled technicians conduct a detailed examination of your vehicle's alternator, assessing its overall condition, connections, and electrical output. We measure the battery voltage to determine if the alternator is providing the necessary charge to keep the battery in optimal condition. 2. Belt and Pulley Examination: A thorough inspection of the alternator belt and pulley is performed to ensure proper tension and alignment, preventing potential issues. Batter and Charging System Test is free with purchase of battery and alternator services.


Service Policy

1. Specialty Service Overview: -Trained technicians will perform these services using industry-standard procedures. -We use high-quality parts and fluids recommended for each vehicle type. -Every car possesses different components, models, and intricacies that impact the parts and labor needed for service. As a result, the service price may vary based on individual vehicle requirements. To ensure clarity and avoid any surprises, we will provide a quote for the service within 24 hours of your request. 2. Additional Services: -Additional services and charges beyond what is included in the invoiced service or recommended based on comprehensive vehicle inspection will be reviewed with the Owner of the vehicle prior to service. -Additional services WILL NOT be performed without consent from the Owner of the vehicle. -Customers will be informed and invoiced of any additional charges for extra services or parts, prior to the performance of additional services. 3. Vehicle Eligibility: -Vehicle specifications and eligibility for automotive services will be reviewed prior to every service. 4. Service Timeframe: -Technicians will arrive within a one hour appointment window, which refers to the designated time frame extending 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. -Customers will receive appointment reminders, including information about the one-hour window, through their preferred communication channels (e.g., email, text, or phone call). -The service time may vary. We will confirm the service time with your quote. Customers will be informed of any delays or additional services needed. 4. Cancellation and No-Shows -Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations. A late cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service fee will be applied if the cancellation is not made within the stipulated notice period. -Customers who fail to be available for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be charged 50% of the quoted service fee.
