Service Description
Premium Oil Change: We will drain and replace your engine's oil with high quality full synthetic motor oil to enhance engine performance and protection. Oil Filter Replacement: A new oil filter is installed with every oil change, promoting efficient filtration and preventing contaminants from circulating through your engine. Comprehensive Vehicle Check: Our skilled technician will conduct a thorough inspection of essential components, including fluid levels, drive belts, tires, and lights, helping you to identify the health of your vehicle.
Service Policy
1. Oil Change Service Overview: Trained technicians will perform oil changes using industry-standard procedures. We use high-quality oil and oil filters recommended for each vehicle type. Each change service includes 5 quarts of oil. In cases where a vehicle requires more than the standard 5 quarts of oil, the additional oil needed will be charged at a rate of $10 per quart, In cases where the vehicle requires an amount of oil that results in a non-whole number of quarts, any additional oil charges will be rounded to the nearest tenth of a quart. Clear and transparent cost estimates will be provided before initiating any service. Every oil change service also includes a free comprehensive vehicle inspection. The results of the comprehensive vehicle inspection will be provided electronically or by hard copy. 2. Additional Services: Additional services and charges beyond what is included in the invoiced service or recommended based on comprehensive vehicle inspection will be reviewed with the Owner of the vehicle prior to service. Additional services WILL NOT be performed without consent from the Owner of the vehicle. Customers will be informed and invoiced of any additional charges for extra services or parts, prior to the performance of additional services. 3. Vehicle Eligibility: Vehicle specifications and eligibility for automotive services will be reviewed prior to every service. 4. Service Timeframe: Technicians will arrive within a one hour appointment window, which refers to the designated time frame extending 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Customers will receive appointment reminders, including information about the one-hour window, through their preferred communication channels (e.g., email, text, or phone call). The average oil change service takes approximately 45 minutes. Customers will be informed of any delays or additional services needed. 4. Cancellation and No-Shows Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if the cancellation is not made within the stipulated notice period. Customers who fail to be available for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be charged the full price of their service.
