Service Description

Let us provide you peace of mind during your car buying experience. We will join you at the dealership, auction, or car sales deal to help you assess the condition of a used vehicle before making a purchase. We will ensure your new vehicle meets manufacturer standards and specifications or uncover any existing or potential issues in pre-owned vehicles. 1. Thorough Visual Inspection: Our technician will conduct a detailed visual examination of the vehicle, assessing its exterior, interior, and overall condition. 2. Mechanical Systems Check: We will complete a comprehensive review of vital mechanical systems, including engine, transmission fluid, suspension, brakes, and more, to identify any potential issues. 3. Diagnostic Scans: Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, we will perform electronic scans to assess the vehicle's onboard systems and identify any hidden issues.

Service Policy

1. The Inspection and Diagnostic Service Overview: Trained technicians will perform these services using industry-leading inspection checklists and diagnostic technologies. A comprehensive inspection report will be generated, providing customers with a clear overview of the vehicle's condition, including both visual and diagnostic findings. This service includes one comprehensive inspection and diagnostic service for one vehicle. Any follow-up or additional vehicle inspections and diagnostic services can be provided during the same appointment for an additional $100 per inspection. 2. Additional Services: Additional inspections, services and charges beyond what is included in the invoiced service or recommended based on comprehensive vehicle inspection will be reviewed with the Owner of the vehicle prior to service. Additional services WILL NOT be performed without consent from the Owner of the vehicle. Customers will be informed and invoiced of any additional charges for extra services or parts, prior to the performance of additional services. 3. Vehicle Eligibility: Vehicle specifications and eligibility for automotive services will be reviewed prior to every service. 4. Service Timeframe: Technicians will arrive within a one hour appointment window, which refers to the designated time frame extending 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Customers will receive appointment reminders, including information about the one-hour window, through their preferred communication channels (e.g., email, text, or phone call). The service window for the inspection and diagnostic service is up to two hours. 4. Cancellation and No-Shows Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if the cancellation is not made within the stipulated notice period. Customers who fail to be available for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be charged the full price of their service.
