Service Description

Book our automotive maintenance service Exclusive Event for your business, event or community. A certified technician will perform on-site services for eight hours and up to 16 oil change services for your employees, patrons and neighbors as they carry on working, shopping and living. Sponsored Exclusive Event Services Include: + Oil and Filter Change + Comprehensive Inspections + Vehicle Diagnostic Testing All services booked during the Sponsored Exclusive Event are paid in one upfront fixed price payment by the business, community or event. During the Sponsored Exclusive Event, all services booked will receive an exclusive $20 discount on future service and a free gift. A $399 booking deposit is applied to every Exclusive Event booking and will be applied to the fixed price cost of the event. The total cost of the Sponsored Exclusive Event is $1699.


Service Policy

1. Oil Change Service Overview: Trained technicians will perform oil changes using industry-standard procedures. We use high-quality oil and oil filters recommended for each vehicle type. Each change service includes 5 quarts of oil. In cases where a vehicle requires more than the standard 5 quarts of oil, the additional oil needed will be charged at a rate of $10 per quart. In cases where the vehicle requires an amount of oil that results in a non-whole number of quarts, any additional oil charges will be rounded to the nearest tenth of a quart. Clear and transparent cost estimates will be provided before initiating any service. Every oil change service also includes a free comprehensive vehicle inspection. The results of the comprehensive vehicle inspection will be provided electronically or by hard copy. 2. Additional Services: Additional services and charges beyond what is included in the invoiced service or recommended based on comprehensive vehicle inspection will be reviewed with the Owner of the vehicle prior to service. Additional services WILL NOT be performed without consent from the Owner of the vehicle. 3. Vehicle Eligibility: Vehicle specifications and eligibility for automotive services will be reviewed prior to every service. 4. Service Timeframe: Technicians will arrive as soon as one hour prior to the appointment window. The technician will work with the designated contact to set up the service area and parking for the event. The contact and the technician will review logistics, protocol, and close-out prior to the first service completed. Customers will receive a link to a registration form to secure a service during the event and service notifications via text. Services will be performed on a first come, first served basis within the timeframe requested in the event booking. 4. Cancellation and No-Shows Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations. The $199 booking deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is not made within the stipulated notice period.
